Project Description: Scope of Work to include, but not limited to: The work is the complete demolition of the remaining Brayton/Clevenger core, towers, receiving dock and parking lot, including separation of utilities for MEP. Site work includes selective demolition; general earthwork; erosion control; installation of storm and electrical utilities; installation of concrete pavements and curbs; installation of new asphalt bike trail with concrete containment bands; installation of site furnishings; installation of limestone blocks and demolition of ATM building located on McKinley Ave. East of the existing parking lot.
