Derrick Toran is the new Business Development Manager for the Indianapolis Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Business Center, operated by the Indiana Minority Supplier Development Council (IMSDC) through a grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Agency.
