We are pleased to welcome Angela Franklin as the new Executive Vice President of Operations for the Mid-States MSDC. Prior to joining Mid-States, Angela was Vice President of Operations for LCP Transportation, a minority business in Indianapolis.
Angela also served as Deputy Director for the City of Indianapolis’ M/WBE Program.
